Terms of Service
Effective July 2, 2026
The service
Quru is a virtual queue management service operated by Ironwake Studio LLC. Organizations use it to run walk-in service queues; visitors use it to join a queue and receive status updates by text message or email.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other organizations' data, disrupt service operation, send unlawful or abusive content, or use the service to spam or harass anyone.
Text message fair use
Text notifications are provided under a fair-use policy. Sustained volume far above normal walk-in traffic may be flagged, and we may contact the organization to adjust its configuration. Notifications are limited to queue status updates.
Not an official DoD system
Quru is a commercial product of Ironwake Studio LLC and is not an official Department of Defense system. It is a convenience tool for voluntarily provided contact information, comparable to a restaurant waitlist. It is not a system of record.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and availability. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironwake Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
