Who we are

Quru is a virtual queue management service operated by Ironwake Studio LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. It lets visitors join a service queue from their phone and receive updates about their place in line.

What we collect

When you join a queue we collect only: first name, last initial (optional), a phone number or email address, the department you are visiting, and your service branch.

We never collect Social Security numbers or DoD ID (EDIPI) numbers, and we do not ask for rank or rate.

How we use it

Your contact information is used for one purpose: telling you about your place in the queue — a confirmation when you join, a heads-up when you are next, a notice when you are called, and a notice if your spot is released. We do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Personal fields are anonymized 30 days after your visit. Reporting and analytics use anonymized aggregates only.

Text message (SMS) disclosures

  • Consent to receive text messages is collected on the queue join form: "By providing your number you agree to receive queue status texts. Msg rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Text messages are limited to queue status notifications: join confirmation, up-next alert, called to service, and cancellation notices.
  • Message frequency: up to 5 messages per queue visit.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact the support address below.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run Quru — cloud hosting, text message delivery, and email delivery — acting on our instructions.
